Retainer & Refund Policy
To secure your booking, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of contract. This retainer covers clerical, creative, and rehearsal work and allows us to begin production on your event.
Final payment is due two weeks prior to the event date, which is also the cutoff for cancellations or eligibility for a partial refund (only if paid in full).
No refunds, transfers, or exchanges within 14 days of your event.
No refunds on discounted services or promotions.
If you choose to pay in full at booking and cancel with at least 15 days' notice, you may receive a 50% refund of the total booking cost.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable and billed in full.
All payments and refunds are processed digitally through our secure point-of-sale system, Honeybook.
To request a cancellation, written notice must be sent via email. Any eligible refunds will be processed within 15–30 days.
