Refund Policy: 

No refunds for deposits and/or retainers

No refunds and no exchanges are permitted for discounted purchases or services

No refunds, transfers or exchanges are permitted within two weeks of the booking date

Retainer

 A retainer fee that is 50% of total booking cost is required to secure and begin the process of your booking.

 Retainer fees do not guarantee an outcome or final product.  Portions of the retainer fee can be refunded in the unlikely event that the client needs to cancel, only if services end up costing less than originally planned. (Ex. Should you choose to cancel for any reason, retainer fee’s will be used to pay employees and talent for work done.  If that amounts to less than the retainer fee, a refund will be given.  However, if the total amounts to more than the retainer fee, the client is responsible to pay the difference)

50% Retainer – A 50% retainer is required to secure your booking.  Retainers are non-refundable. Your retainer is used to cover clerical, creative and rehearsal costs related to your booking.

 No refunds for talent, workshops or classes booked will be made after the date that is two weeks prior to the date booked.

 A 50% Refund will be honored only if the client has paid in full for talent, workshop or class that is cancelled by the client within the 2-4 weeks prior to the date booked.

 No refunds and no exchanges are permitted for discounted purchases or services.

Partial Refund if Paid In Full – If you have chosen to pay in full at the time of booking rather than a 50% retainer, you are eligible for a 50% refund if you cancel within 14 days of your date booked. Example; If you booked a service for Jan 16th and then cancel prior to the fourteen days leading up to the booking (Ex. Prior to Jan 2nd) your retainer will be kept and the remaining 50% balance will be refunded. If you cancel with less than 14 days notice, you are responsible for the total cost and no refund will be given.

Billed in Full – If the consumer cancels within 14 days of or on the day of the booking they will be billed in full for the contractually agreed upon amount..  Additional fees may apply if outlined in your personal contract.

Should a refund be required, refunds will be made available within 15-30 days of written notice. Written notice of cancellation must be emailed to Contact@EliteEntertainmentGlobal.com. Any and all refunds issued must be picked up and claimed or checks cashed within two weeks of receipt. After the two-week window has passed, the refund check will expire. 

Return Check Fee 

A fee of $35.00 will apply to any return checks and is the financial responsibility of the client
